ASH TREE REMOVAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Top Tier Tree Ash Tree Removal Program! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating. By signing and agreeing to services, you agree to these terms.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins March 1, 2026 and is scheduled to run through December 31, 2026, unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the Top Tier Tree. Each calendar month within the Promotion Period constitutes a separate entry period for the monthly drawing. Entries do not roll over to subsequent months.

Eligibility

Participation is open to; individuals 18 years of age or older, legal property owners or authorized representatives of the property where the service is performed, residents of the State of Minnesota. Participants must complete a paid ash tree removal service performed by Top Tier Tree during the applicable monthly entry period. 

The following individuals are not eligible to participate; employees of Top Tier Tree LLC, immediate family members of employees, individuals residing in the same household as employees.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.

How to Enter

Clients will automatically receive one (1) entry into the monthly drawing for each completed ash tree removal service performed by Top Tier Tree LLC during the applicable month. Entries are generated automatically upon; completion of the contracted service, final invoicing of the project. No additional registration or submission is required. Entries are tied to the client listed on the service agreement.

Entry Limitations

There is no fixed limit to the number of entries a participant may receive during the Promotion Period. However, entries are limited to verified ash tree removal services performed by Top Tier Tree. If multiple ash trees are removed as part of a single project, Top Tier Tree reserves the right to determine entry allocation at its sole discretion.

Projects that are; canceled, refunded, disputed, unpaid, may be deemed ineligible for entry.

Prize

Each calendar month, one (1) participant will be randomly selected to receive a gift card prize. Prize value may vary by month. Prizes are; non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, subject to availability. Top Tier Tree reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period. Drawings are expected to occur within 7–14 days following the end of each month. Top Tier Tree reserves the right to adjust drawing timing if necessary. All drawing decisions made by Top Tier Tree are final and binding.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during the service agreement process. If the selected winner; cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, declines the prize. Top Tier Tree reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible ash tree removal projects completed during the applicable monthly entry period.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize winnings. If prize values exceed applicable reporting thresholds, Top Tier Tree may be required to issue a 1099 form in accordance with federal tax regulations.

Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, participants grant Top Tier Tree permission to; announce the winner publicly, publish the winner’s first name and last initial, reference the general city location of the project. This may occur on; Top Tier Tree website, social media pages, marketing materials. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

Service Agreement Independence

Participation in this Promotion does not alter, modify, or replace any terms of the service agreement between the client and Top Tier Tree. All standard service policies remain in effect.

Modification or Termination

Top Tier Tree reserves the right to; modify the Promotion, suspend the Promotion, terminate the Promotion. At any time if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity or operation of the Promotion. Top Tier Tree also reserves the right to update these Official Rules without prior notice.

Disqualification

Top Tier Tree reserves the right to disqualify any participant who; violates these Official Rules, provides false information, attempts to manipulate the Promotion, engages in fraudulent or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless, Top Tier Tree LLC, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from; participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of any prize. Top Tier Tree is not responsible for technical failures, administrative errors, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the Promotion.

Governing Law

This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Minnesota courts.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the course of business will be used solely for; service communication, Promotion administration, winner notification. Top Tier Tree will not sell or distribute personal information to third parties.

Agreement to Rules

Participation in the Ash Tree Removal Reward Program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Top Tier Tree, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
